We do not offer a money-back refund on our software because there are many reasons any business strategy can fail that have nothing to do with software, however, Distant Horizon has always offered a money-back guarantee on our hourly support, customization, programming, design and technical support services. If you ever feel that our work was not worthy of us, just tell your salesman or project manager and they will make it right or credit your account. Licensing fees and software purchases are not included in this guarantee.

100% Hosting Up-Time Refund Policy
We aim to have 100% uptime in our premium hosting operation. If at any point there is downtime sufficient to inconvenience your business we welcome you to request an hourly pro-rated refund of your hosting fees. Our uptime over nearly seven years is in the 99.9% range.
